Pros
Great company, with great people. Cool software, very interesting market. A great place to come to and learn for up to 5 year. Relaxed atmosphere, beautiful location.
Cons
Processes are held above people. Your value is not measured by your contribution but by how well you follow processes. Key people are allowed to leave and management does not seem to care. Very flat management structure, no career path.
