There have been continuous layoffs in recent years. You never know which day a product or team will be discontinued. Or they reorganize the company and lay off people in the name of cost reduction. This has only been accelerated by the acquisition. Managers are also constantly being replaced. Unfortunately, Chemaxom is no longer the friendly, people-oriented company it used to be.
