Very huge pay gap. When a staff leaves and you're hired to replace them, in weeks you'll be doing everything they were doing at 1/8 of the pay. To get to their level you'd have to go through performance reviews for over 7 years. Company is bloated with managerial staff who almost do nothing at 10 times your pay
