Good food in Canteen and really friendly canteen staff Mostly friendly professional people throughout the business Decent enough pay benchmarked to other organisations Flexible working policy is ok

IT Department is flawed in processes and fundamentally setup incorrectly resulting in a high turnover of staff leading to job instability. HR are lip service to the problems which they know exist at chelton. Just there as entertainment. VP’s greasing there own pockets and not caring about wider business issues. Legacy slow and non working business systems. Too many contractors as full time staff leave - real high turnover of staff among wider business not confined to just IT. High stress/ridiculous caseload within IT. Really unorganised and no co-ordination throughout whole business due to various migrations over the years from ownerships aquisitions from Cobham to new owners Transdigm. High paid IT Managers doing basic tasks putting excessive pressure on lower IT staff and telling untruths to get themselves out of situations. Im sure there maybe a response to this from Chelton Marketing saying they believe its an inaccurate mis-representation of Chelton but this is 100% truth I would not recommend working here to anybody not just confined to IT but any role.
