What have I done - Anonymous employee Cheil Employee Review

I hate coming to work on a daily basis and have watched multiple colleagues cry and have complete breakdowns because of our incompetent leadership. There are multiple people who are leaving and I can’t wait to find a new job and hand in my resignation. This place is so toxic, the creative is unimaginative, and the leadership is non-existent. Our only client works with us because of some weird rule that forces them to work with us.
