Pros
The people are awesome. Made some life long friends working at Cheil. There used to be awesome bonuses, but those aren’t a thing anymore.
Cons
No work life balance Leadership is awful, very unprofessional You’ll never learn anything new, same work for a different product launch. They never reward your hard work, they hire externally instead of promoting within. The client is a tough one. Good people, but a tough client. You’ll work 45 hours min a week since client needs everything urgently and Cheil leadership doesn’t know how to say no. Good luck making happy hours and dinners on time.
