1. The pay is very low 2. increment cycle is very inconsistent, don't expect good increments 3. In the name of growth and restructuring, expect to be packed off and shipped to different teams with work that is not at all aligned to your skillset 4. Promotion and growth isn't guaranteed 5. No job security. The company is on the verge of sinking. Wouldn't advise anyone to join.
