Pros
I have worked at Chef's Palette in 2 capacities - as a server, and now, as a marketing manager. It is a great place to work for several reasons, the most important one being that the owner, Kathie Clark is such a pleasure to be around. How can you not love your job when your boss is friendly, warm and engaging?
Cons
I made less money as a server at Chef's Palette than at other places I've worked, but the environment there is so relaxed, so that honestly made up for it!
