Thank you so much for your comments. We appreciate the time you took to give thoughtful, solution-oriented feedback. We are thrilled that you view your Chef teammates like family and that you feel that you have the right work / life balance - this culture is something we strive to maintain as we continue to grow and change over the years.
While we have lost some Chef friends that we wish would have stayed along for the ride, we know that folks sometimes need a new challenge. There are many factors that go into this, but it is something that the EE and executive team keep a close eye on. We are continuing to lean into training and coaching that will help both our executives and senior management lead the charge in an effective way, as we know this is an area of opportunity for us. Chef fully understands the benefits of having a diverse workforce, who bring a wide variety of experiences, talents, and voices to the table. We are working to find better ways to attract a more diverse set of applicants, and looking at how our career development and progression programs support a diverse workforce. This is something that we hold near and dear to our hearts and is something that we want to get right and are leaning into.
