Work related pros 1) Using multiple technology 2) Global team with global clients 3) All google product with 2 step verification. 4) Better machines(Mac/Lenovo thinkpad) to work. 5) Flexible working hours. Other pros 1) Pleasant ambience for Work and friendly colleagues 2) Breakfast, fruits provided 3) HR act proactively in case of any issue 4) Good Pantry and thanks for not using powder milk. 5) Onboarding is quite smooth with cookies and chocolates. 6) Family care and study leaves. 7) Good medical coverage.
Cons
1) No face to face meeting with the reporting manager and the colleagues working with globally. 2) No internet reimbursement 3) No nap rooms. 4) No games except foosball.
