Cons
It’s like working at two companies, the US exec are high calibre, huge ambition and vision is spot on. If they pull it off it will be a force in the market. The reality is the second company at a local level is poorly organised, demotivated and ill-informed, it’s often a thankless task working at cheetah. Local management / execution is powerless, robotic and lackadaisical towards its staff and clients. At a junior level go for it, you’ll learn a lot. Got a mortgage to pay?, Proceed with caution and pinch of salt.
