      Cheddars is good. Really good family oriented restuarant. Good place to bring family members

      Understanding and flexible managers who are always willing to help a team member. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      To go specialists are on a tipped wage but the tips are terrible. Food often is not ready on time due to staffing issues behind the line. The kitchen is not clean.
