      Pros

      Flexibility! Awesome employees! We are truly family. Since being acquired there have been many changes, that was to be expected, there are new policies but not bad policies. Good things are coming for the employees.

      Cons

      Cannot move up or broaden your experience unless you have a college degree. Added work since layoffs of many. Sales down but high energy to get back up.

      Pros

      kind of flexible on scheduling. decent pay not too stressful

      Cons

      overworked with no care about your personal life they say your scheduled 8 hours but constantly 12+ hour days even though you work within their time estimates. Absolutely no reason to be efficient with your schedule and routes because they just keep adding work.
