Thanks for the feedback and review! I'm so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience onboarding with us. A few points I would love to clarify, we do include paid sick days and paid vacation days for all employees. If someone were in their first week, they would not yet be eligible for paid sick days as they come into effect after one's probationary period. We strive to keep our environment welcoming and positive. I would absolutely love to hear from you so we might discover the specifics of what made things feel unwelcoming for you. Relationships can take time to build, and sometimes it's hard to make those connections with only a week. I'm also sorry you found the training to be a challenge. Our process ensures that all CSR team members are paired with a senior member of the team at all times for the entirety of their training period, which is almost 3 months. I do understand that the first time taking calls can feel like you've been "Tossed into the lion's den" but with the support of your buddy, you would never have been left alone. We wish you the absolute best in your future endeavours and we were sorry to see you leave so soon.
