Good Co-Workers. If you want to do the same job again and again without learning you can join here(This is for 1 or 2 years and you will be fired for sure). They say notice period 1 month while you join but that will be changed to 2 or 3 months after you join . If you ask they will say we have changed the policy and if you ask more they will simply say if you are not ok with it you can leave the organization.

Worst management and Leadership team. You will face lots and lots of external problems other than work problems. They promise you with false benefits and they just like that say they have changed the policies after you join the organization. Too much of work pressure. Zero job security. They always fire people in January and February to give hike to few people with the salary they save from fired employees.

They use advanced technologies in product for which you wont be given access because of politics.

Everything here is a con. There is no job security here. Whatever you perform they will send you home just before the appraisal. Lots of politics here and they follow typical Manufacturing culture. You will be treated like school students where lunch timing is from 1.00 to 1.30 pm and if you come late for few mins you will be questioned. No Cafteria . No canteen. AC does nt works at times. To be short Complete Labour work with zero job security.
