Let’s be real. With over 1,000 glowing reviews, the 5-star ones are either planted, written under pressure, or by folks in deep denial.
This was, without question, the most toxic workplace I’ve ever experienced. Lazy leadership, unfair opportunities, and a deep commitment to sweeping problems under the rug - this place has it all. Think of a red flag, and odds are, you’ll find it here.
Leadership? Absent and performative. Issues are constantly brushed aside with a “sort it out internally” approach, because no one wants to be accountable.
Underperformers? Protected, as long as they know how to talk the talk.
Siloed teams, unclear processes, poor communication? All business as usual.
And if you’re unhappy? You’re advised to lodge a People Service Desk ticket - as if that ever leads to anything meaningful.
Restructuring happens so frequently it might as well be a monthly ritual.
Goalposts are moved mid-cycle, performance frameworks shift without warning, and morale is consistently low. In just one market and one vertical, I witnessed at least ten people leave in a matter of months. That number speaks for itself.
And yes, they’ll probably respond to this review with some templated PR-fluff about how they “take feedback seriously.”
Spoiler: they don’t. Not really.
