      - Flexible Friday - Company travels - Remote setup - Multi-cultural

      Cons

      - Micromanagement - Stressful work environment - No support or performance tracking of employees - Too many chefs in the kitchen - Managers with no technical knowledge leading technical teams - Bottom line driven - No possible evolution - False promises - Untentigeble and vague requirements for raises or promotions - Although multicultural but all the managers and C-level employees are exclusively Swedish and all outside hires - No support for employee growth and learning
