Pros
I've worked for Cheaperwaste just over 3 and a half years now. When you walk through the door at a typical sales job you're always promised the world and told what's possible if you stick in. The first thing I was told here is that my futures in my own hands and the harder I work the more I'll get from it. The commission structure was explained to me to and I was told what I would be expected to make after a certain length of time and I'll be honest, I was dubious at first if what I was being told was honest but fast forward 3 and a half years and I've experienced things and lived a life I couldn't have imagined due to the money I've made. It really isn't a job where you need to jump through hoops or be close to someone in higher management to do well. The company invests in you massively on a daily basis and everyone's on a level playing field and the more you put in, the more you get out. It really is that simple.
Cons
There's nothing that really stands out, at times there will be certain things that become a little annoying like there is in any business but they always get rectified in the end.
