Pros
Short and sweet, the people. I absolutely loved my co-workers, and even most managers. Everyone is friendly, helpful, welcoming, and I've maintained friendships with these people after leaving the company. A job is a job, but the people make it enjoyable. Scheduling is pretty flexible. Easy to get time off, or shifts swapped. Good travel discounts and benefits.
Cons
Where to start? Management needs to lead by example. Call center supervisor doesn't roll in the office until noon most days. If you ask most managers questions - nothing ever gets done. You get "yes'd" to death. They tell you what you want to hear, but never act on it or help improve. A lot of these issues started after ALG took over, as CheapCaribbean supervisors really don't have any authority to help anymore. HR is a joke. Anytime you ask for help, information, assistance, paperwork.. it takes days if not weeks for a response. Unless you are in sales, you can't live off the income. Will need a second income or second job. Not a lot of employee support. While there are a few managers who will fight for their staff, there are many who won't. Most managers are "out for themselves" and really don't care what their employees need or deserve.
