Really bad management - No line manager, no performance management and there was no structure in place.
You can sometimes be sitting on the "bench" for several months and they sometimes ask you to do admin work to fill your time which is very demotivating
They are a pure IT PMO consulting firm, but in interviews they convinced people that they also do other type of projects
You will not get a choice on what industry / type of project you prefer to do
Some projects can be very exhausting, crazy hours depending on the Project Lead you get
They make up some of your "In house profile" (Like a CV) to win work with clients and send you to a project that you have no skill nor interest to do. Setting you up for failure...
