It has large aspirations for the future in terms of both growth and opportunity for the company and its employees, which so far it is achieving! Chaucer allows you to set your bar for career progression, and helps in developing and progressing its internal high achievers.
Cons
If you are looking for extensive training and for a structured career ladder then this is somewhat lacked. You are expected to drive your own progression in Chaucer.
