      You learn how to be organized and efficient; the company would have a protocol in training employees and a system to be fast when the company is busy.

      Cons

      Some downsides of working at Chatime would be dealing with employees. Being able to deal with employees is quite hard because some people slack off and some people don't. It all depends on you.
