      every staff including the boss is nice, we were building interesting products

      it's still the stand up company that gets low income, so not able to provide high salary for employee.

      solving hard problems, well defined service pipeline and in demand tech stack.

      Cons

      as with all startups, your salary is going to stay stagnant for a long time, as it's working on keeping costs under control and searching for series A funding.
