Pros

-Good opportunity to make money and leave -It’s not a scam, it’s a legit company that actually pays

Cons

-They treat you like a number -They couldn’t care less about your feelings -Manipulative Leadership -They don’t respect your schedules or the weekends -Ask you to do tasks they should be doing -Quoting one of their leadership members “We either make you or we break you” they can literally destroy your mental health -All of the employees suffer from anxiety -Even leadership says they take daily breaks to cry -They have a great company culture idea but nobody follows it through -There’s no work-life balance -The contract says you have to scale to a certain level to be able to apply to a leadership position but it’s a lie, they only offer opportunities to friends or family -The company is full of nepotism, only relatives or friends can scale to leadership positions -The CEO has said he prefers hiring women because they don’t have ambitions to look for a different job while men do seek for better opportunities and invest

Pros

- None. Only apply if you want to be treated like an object.

Cons

- They don't pay on time - They expect you to overcommunicate and won't give your mental health a sliver of a thought, yet they don't communicate anything to you when you need them - No PTO, you can absolutely take days off but they are UNPAID. - Lackluster middle of the road training, yet they expect you to overperform like you've done this for years and when you make a mistake, they ridicule you in front of your whole team. - They weaponize your anxiety/depression against you and say you should seek therapy if you're having a tough time, no empathy, no basic human decency. - No redeeming qualities.
