This is a healthy bank run by a shrewd businessman.
Cons
The role of the manager is not a professional, but a para-professional sales coach. The community outreach, relationship building and networking opportunities are non-existent, especially compared to peers at other institutions and WaMu. Also, the sales culture is one of fear, intimidation and negative reinforcement from the senior retail leaders on down to the district managment.
