Pros

Solid company brand equity. You usually work very close to your house. Decent Benefits. Good job security if you're an average salesperson.

Cons

You're compensation totally depends on the location where you work. If you're in a relatively new branch in an affluent area, you'll do ok. If you're in an older branch without a lot of traffic, you'll be lucky to make $40,000/yr. Very micromanaged, you will be given no creativity and you are discouraged to use your personality to close deals. Pretty boring job. No feedback or REAL sales training, just a lot of corporate cliches and cool-aid drinking.

Pros

Inclusive work environment with excellent benefits, even as a part time employee.

Cons

Your are sometimes required to complete the very same task as other co-workers, but do not receive any commission pay that the other person in another role does receive.
