Pros
Fairly good benefits and incentive and good systems. Very solid company and well respected.
Cons
Focus is all on sales and not customer service despite what they tell you. Focus is completely on relationship ratios and forcing customers to take things they wont use. When you do good, they find things that you arent instead of commending you. Middle management does not take feed back well and a lot of times are incompetant. The only sure thing at Chase is CHANGE!! Change managers, tellers, middle management. Not enough Financial Advisors or Mortgage officers and yet they want you to hammer the mortgage only list or investment only list but you have to share them with other branches. There are also no raises, your salary is capped and they only tell you to sell more to make more money and they constantly change the incentive plan to hurt bankers. Just way to much politics to deal with for more than a couple years.
