As an operator or quality you will be favored by management with lenient duties and advancement opportunities. With a laborer position like Material Handling/ Shipping or Erema you will be subjected to disrespect constantly from co-workers and management alike just because of your position in the company. It will not matter if you are the best forklift operator, have an amazing attitude, have to best review score or have never missed a day of work. This type of behavior taught by management in a company is completely insolent and uncivil.
