      Was able to travel a lot and stay in nice hotels , free booze .

      Cons

      Worked in retail for over 10 years. They keep telling you Charter Hall Retail is a family but it’s not the sort of family you want to be a part of believe me . The senior management are narcissists and are all about themselves.

      Pros

      Large company, great social events and opportunities to develop and progress in career. Competitive leave allowances.

      Cons

      Below market salaries, boys club & tight-knit Mosman/private school culture. Very hierarchical culture, the men can get away with just about anything. Some very bad behaviour exhibited, with no repercussions.
