The people because there are many amazing, friendly, intelligent and hard working in both the SF and international offices Benefits are great, and include free food and snacks, transportation coverage and free health care among others The office is cool and at a great location, right near Montgomery BART. Sometimes the office can be a bit noisy, but there are quiet areas where you can get work done. There are many career opportunities here, including department transfers and promotions Great work/life balance that's encouraged and hard to find elsewhere There's also new push for learning and development for people to help them achieve personal and professional goals

Ad tech evolves quickly, and the competition is fierce. It's a tough industry, but management is working hard to solve these challenges Could use a few more events, either onsite or offsite to help band people together, and maintain and grow the good culture
