Chartboost is at the beginning of what they are going to eventually become. It's a good time to be here, and there are a lot of great perks now that Zynga/Take Two owns the company. It's like working at a startup with a "bigger company" benefit package

Like every tech company, we are working hard to be successful. If you are just in this for what you can get for yourself, you will probably hate it. If you want to be part of something bigger and contribute then this is probably a great spot for you.

this is a good company to work based on the pay, benefits, and culture.

Not an industry leader, none of their products are groundbreaking.
