Pros

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Cons

Combine all of the qualities of a failing company and you have Chartfast. Horrible corporate culture. Lack of experienced leadership. Nepotism No direction for revenue growth. Leadership resorts to threats in adversity. Technology that doesn’t keep pace with the largest competitors in Medical Records Management. No 401k Increased in termination of employees over the past 3 months. Nearly all of my colleagues fear for their jobs if they make any recommendations to leadership. One of my colleagues was fired last month for speaking out.

Pros

Company is growing pretty rapidly. You get a lot of experience in a lot of different areas (not just the job you were hired in). Management cares a lot and I think after I move on from here I will be seen as valuable for all the different experience I've gotten from working for a small company.

Cons

Only real cons are the people who aren't willing to step out of their job description and then complain about it. It's a small company, but the amount you get to learn makes up for putting on different hats!

Pros

1) The product is decent 2) The ROI side of the business. The team is great. 3) Benefits are great. The company pays most of it.

Cons

1) Certain executives at the company lie and cover up stuff to push themselves further up the company. They don't care about the employees. 2) Job stability is a joke. Empty promises are given that the company is growing and thriving yet I saw a lot of layoffs happen towards the end of 2018. Be very wary of applying for jobs there because you will most likely be laid off as well. 3) The issued computer equipment was old and froze a lot. They couldn't even provide decent equipment to do our jobs such as scanning and putting info on flash drives. 4) Communication overall was a joke. Often my questions would go unanswered for weeks and pushed me to the point of beyond being frustrated. Don't expect to get your questions answered there. You just put your head down, do your work, and hope to not get let go. 5) Lots of shift between upper management. You have no idea who to reach out to and most of the time they don't care. 6) Reimbursements were a joke and often didn't get paid. No reimbursement to travel to sites to collect records.
