I enjoyed the speed at which the company brought on new technologies and wasn’t static in the tools they used internally and new technologies they offered to clients. Their R&D tools were great as they offered us a platform to learn and test before using on our own, or customer environments. The whole CSq team (branding is important for them) have such a nice culture and work together really well. I saw a comment of someone saying the interview was informal but in fact that it a little me of the pro’s of CSq that they make you feel comfortable yet everything that is done is with process and professionalism.
