Pros
This is one of the best places I've ever worked at. The co-founders - Ajit & Satish are extremely supportive & push one out of their comfort zones to get better & learn each day. It's a positive & supportive learning environment. There are supportive of everything one can ask for.
Cons
Pay is slightly less compared to industry but as they also run and share the same workspace as U&I Trust, an NGO, it's okay.
