The higher level managment is really good. they do take care of their employees,Proper Guidance is provided by them to juniors. Friendly environment. Its fun to work there. You can directly talk to higher level managment guys if you are facing ANY kind of issue\problem.

Nothing as such. but they need to hire a bigger place as company is growing. (which is a good thing) :)

Changemytyre is a dotcom but unlike other such companies its grounded on fundamentals and not on discounting investors money to create business. Business largely driven by young employees on their first job, great place to learn, complete empowerment.

Little cramped working conditions, male oriented office culture.
