Good atmosphere, team mentality, salary is pretty consistent with the marketplace.
Cons
Not a lot of communication from the top down. Some can get by on a 'see how the winds blow' mentality meaning that if you do not want to complete a project, just wait until no one asks for it and bail. No accountability for the majority of the employees.
