Pay is not where it should be, always given more job duties than you agreed upon with no bump in pay until annual review, lack of training, lack of knowledge in some leadership, backstabbing & sabotage to save your own position.

There was absolutely zero benefit to my experience working here.

The owner, Derek, will lie to you. He was saying in 2012 that he would be getting benefits for employees. He has not done so. He will always be the only person who ever is enriched by Change Inc.
