Pros

Intelligent and hardworking coworkers. The mission keeps everyone going.

Cons

Lack of product-market fit and desperation from managers with big egos fighting to show their value to keep their jobs puts a huge strain on ICs to produce work to find the right solutions to the right problems. Being fake, politics, and favoritism do not help the mission.

Pros

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a meaningful chapter of my career. Intelligent, mission-driven, low-ego colleagues, inspiring work, and many opportunities to learn and grow. It’s also one of the few places I’ve worked where you don’t have to trade off between enjoying the work, good compensation, and a healthy work-life balance. Even having been impacted by layoffs, I remain very grateful for the experience.

Cons

Increase volatility in recent years with restructuring. Hopefully things settle with clearer strategic direction in place.

Pros

Lots of smart people to work with and learn from. Onsite office is great.

Cons

Leadership and middle management will do anything to make themselves look good to c-levels , will go as far as taking credit for work not done by them. Every 3-4 months for years and prior to me working there, org goals change at a dime with no heads up and expectations are to perform excellently.
