Pros

- The only positive thing i remember is that all their promotions are from within the company.

Cons

- The marketing assistant role is more of a sales role ( Independent sales advisor) you start off basically charity fundraising ( moving door to door seeking funds). - It has really poor pay starting off, with promises of commissions. - It is a door - to - door sales job - It is a self employed role, which was only communicated at the final stage and not advertised. - The stress of the job doesnt seem worth if for the company or the pay - You pay to rent the company tablets ( half price) - You are responsible for doing your taxes - There are no notice periods on both ends - The interview process is so complicated for a role that is so basic and quite frankly public fundraising.

We have a diverse client portfolio and the campaigns we develop for them are entirely dependent on the product and target audience. We use business to business, events, and residential direct marketing strategies. The day to day duties and responsibilities will differ significantly depending on the client and campaign you are selected to be a part of. Our remuneration packages are structured to ensure that those who put in the most get the biggest returns. Also, if our people aren’t making money then neither are we. Therefore, it is in our best interest to ensure that everyone we work with receives the ongoing training and support to enable them to perform to the best of their ability. We absolutely appreciate this type of pay structure isn’t right for everyone. We hope you have been able to transfer some of the skills you learned into a new role which is a better fit for you.
