Setting your own schedule. Being able to talk with real estate professionals, who are by in large outgoing and friendly.
Cons
The idea of this job is great but unrealistic. You will go to broker offices to introduce yourself. Many times agents are not there and brokers have preferred vendors. Champia does not want to be part of the vendor programs. You drop off flyers and drive to your next location. The base is so low and there is a promise of high bonus potential, which is totally unrealistic. You will drive A LOT and receive a base amount for gas, not mileage. The amount that you get for gas covers you for about 2.5 days of gas alone and doesn't account for wear and tear on your vehicle. Ownership is not open to suggestions and gets a little defensive when you try to make suggestions.
