Pros
It’s hard to overstate just how wonderful it is working for Chameleon. I’ve been a design agency director, an in-house creative lead, a freelancer, a branding agency owner – as well as a carpenter, university professor, and for one sunburned summer even a lifeguard. Hands down, Chameleon is the best. The bench of talent among collaborators is deep, the clients are world class, and from day 1 a new Chameleon can have a voice and see their impact.
Cons
It’s not for everyone: you have to be self-managed, carry your own benefits, and understand that you won’t have junior employees to whom you can pass off projects. But if you’re talented and work hard, are reliable and put clients and collaborators first, Chameleon is a place where you can thrive.
