Pros

- a couple of decent managers (not all) - good market exposure - they introduced some decent benefits (credit where it’s due)

Cons

- toxic managers - only promote those who befriend SLT or go drinking with them - alcohol focused socials - not great for anyone trying cut down or simply doesn’t drink - only pay lip service to diversify and inclusion, next to no promotion of diverse staff, in fact they’re more likely to leave

We take diversity and inclusion very seriously at Chambers, employing two dedicated D&I Managers who run our internal committee, INSPIRE, which represent all strands of diversity. Each member of our INSPIRE strand has a member of our executive leadership team as an executive sponsor, as well as a Chair and an ambassador. We encourage all employees to grow and develop at Chambers and offer a biannual promotion process that directly links to performance. All promotions are reviewed by a promotions panel with equal gender split and are moderated by the People team. Cons

Sometimes stretched a bit on resources.
