We take diversity and inclusion very seriously at Chambers, employing two dedicated D&I Managers who run our internal committee, INSPIRE, which represent all strands of diversity. Each member of our INSPIRE strand has a member of our executive leadership team as an executive sponsor, as well as a Chair and an ambassador.
We encourage all employees to grow and develop at Chambers and offer a biannual promotion process that directly links to performance. All promotions are reviewed by a promotions panel with equal gender split and are moderated by the People team.
