Pros

The pros include working a flexible schedule and able to work with students.

Cons

The Phoenix campus leadership is out of control. They take cheating to a new level. Some instructors prepare students to the tests and not the overall material needed for the course. When students fail the exams, the instructors give students sufficient points back to ensure that they pass the exams and the course, even if the student does not know the material. When an instructor with a back bone or ethics decides not to change grades, then the faculty chair goes into the course shell and changes test scores so that students pass the course. I hate to be the patient being cared for by these students. Nursing is a trusted profession, shouldn't nurse education be the same? Sadly, no one in the organization cares that we are forced to change grades - ethics seriously lack within this organization.

Pros

I've spent many years at Chamberlain, and one of the main reasons is the opportunity for growth. If you're looking for a career rather than just a job, there are clear advancement opportunities at both the enrollment representative and leadership levels. The culture is performance-driven but also coaching-focused, with strong investment in training and development. Chamberlain has strong brand recognition, which makes conversations with prospective students meaningful and rewarding.

Cons

The pace can be demanding during peak enrollment periods, and success requires adaptability as priorities and processes evolve.

Pros

There are lots of good people working in the campuses and working to help students succeed is very fulfilling.

Cons

The home office (Covista) IT takes forever and a day to do anything. There seems to be a focus on reducing costs to the point that the experience feels cheap.
