Pros
Very nice and smart people. Pay is good, perks keep up with the industry. The projects happening at Chamberlain are fairly interesting and keep people busy without being too stressful and deadline-focused.
Cons
The company is driven by incremental changes that will build upon existing products to return marginally better profits in the long term. In other words, Chamberlain is not a company with the most exciting creative vision. But it may be a solid strategy in the long run and seems good for job stability. Only other con is that, at least in my department, the feeling is a bit stuffy and old-school-corporate. People don't really remember each others birthdays, teams dont generally have happy-hour get togethers, there are no fun social perks.
