Challenger is a great place to work! great atmosphere, we are like a family. Everyone is treated fairly and never made to feel like just a number. The pay is competitive and there are great perks already and the list keep growing. Lots of things have changed for the better recently and this is only going to continue!

concentrating on putting the customer first, we lave ourselves behind, technology wise but that is changing too. There are a few negative vibes from a certain people but I suppose you get that anywhere, best to just avoid them and get on with things

Working hours are very sociable

No structure to management and more importantly managing people effectively. The emphasis is more on monitoring and micromanaging than bringing the best out of talented people
