Challenger is a great place to work! great atmosphere, we are like a family. Everyone is treated fairly and never made to feel like just a number. The pay is competitive and there are great perks already and the list keep growing. Lots of things have changed for the better recently and this is only going to continue!

concentrating on putting the customer first, we lave ourselves behind, technology wise but that is changing too. There are a few negative vibes from a certain people but I suppose you get that anywhere, best to just avoid them and get on with things

If your face fits you will progress without fail. Friends and family of owners will be praised and treated and feel part of the workplace otherwise forget it you won't be accepted there . Favourites are made to be known . Worse company i have ever worked for and so glad I left..
