Pros

-laid back work attire -Employees are mostly kind and helpful. -good for a temporary job -good place to learn a skill -rarely do they contact you outside of work

Cons

-when there are covid outbreaks they lie about it and say they all took vacations. They wont tel you if you have been exposed. If you get covid they ask you to come to work still. -they lay off experienced workers to hire new inexperienced workers but do not train them and expect them to work multiple positions at once -always running out of ink, paper, supplies -there is no HR department -you will never get a raise and will underpay you. You are instead told to take advantage of overtime pay. -managers are afraid of the ceo

Pros

Work with major pharma companies. One of the leading printers in the industry. Some employees genuinely care and help each other. Relaxed policy on work attire. Some management will hear out the workers. Work can get easy due to procedures and rules.

Cons

Meetings to improve things fall on deaf ears or so it seems. Clients abuse the system in place and management won't change it. Certain employees lack proper training and a functioning work ethic based on productivity and not laziness. Accusatory reports when things go wrong as opposed to working together for a fix, it makes easy for pointing the finger at one person and separates the company. People feel as if the pink slip is always near. Some departments are revolving doors and no one wants to stay or feel invested in their work because they feel undervalued and underpaid. Management can be unrealistic in expectations and always think they are correct before checking with their employees which they "trust", they also try to actively undercut salaries overall.
