Pros

good pay, a lot of overtime, simple work.

Cons

HR constantly makes new rules on the fly no matter how unreasonable. You'll get pointed for just about everything even emergencies. Inconsistent schedule, so you never really know what time your leaving until your supervisor tells you or if you work the weekend or not

Very disjointed company. Upper management offers little to no guidance and only expects results without investment.
