Awful place to work - Maintenance Mechanic Challenge Manufacturing Employee Review

Terrible management. Yearly layoffs. Jobs getting cut constantly. Plant manager has no clue how to run a company. Last year we were running 7 days a week 12 hour days. This year laid off in September, cut jobs a week later. Union is absolutely worthless and lets the company run all over the contract. Unskilled people being promoted. Workers pushed to make more parts as the company cuts jobs and shifts.
