Pros

Colleagues Lunch Central location Mac as laptop

Cons

Individuals lacking the necessary expertise and leadership skills in managerial roles. An organization that displays a lack of professionalism and a complete disregard for Dutch labor legislation. A constantly changing workforce, resulting in a detrimental atmosphere that causes employees to experience feelings of depression. Insufficient consideration for the well-being of expatriate employees. They make grand promises during the hiring process, only to ultimately fail to uphold any of them.

Pros

- You get a lot of freedom in this role, but it also comes with responsibility, where you really need to deliver. - There are many chances to plan your own schedule and choose which events or fairs to attend. The weeks can be long, especially when visiting clients or going to events, so you need to enjoy that kind of work style. - The product is evolving quickly and, to speak neutrally, it is one of the strongest platforms in its niche, especially when compared to the competition, which is definitely out there. - A young, vibrant team with a fun, open culture, very Rotterdam: direct, hands-on and no-nonsense. Just get things done and have a laugh along the way.

Cons

- There are always things that can be improved, but overall the team keeps becoming more professional, letting go of negative dead weight and bringing in more A-players!

Pros

The location of the office is nice, macbooks provided, basic lunch provided. Employees are young and friendly; okay salary, occasional company events

Cons

This company is quite a scam, in that it looks all nice and fun from the outside but it is a toxic hell in the inside. Management is a joke, very little experience, and not smart people. Gossip, back-stabbing, favouritism, micromanagement, 'unseeing' harrassment. There is a so-called diversity but only to check the box, in reality if you're not Dutch, you're not joining the table. A great place if you want to get your mental health ruined. You can't really trust anyone, no HR presence.
